Forty Hall is a magnificent Grade I listed building set in a beautiful landscape garden. The banqueting suite occupies the Jacobean Coach House and is an ideal setting for your event. Combined with the private Courtyard and Garden Patio, Forty Hall offers an exclusive and very special venue.

At Forty Hall, we completely understand the importance of your Special Day. We believe in offering a personal service from your first call, right through the planning stage to the day itself, we will stay with you every step of the way. We will discuss, advise and ensure that every detail is covered and tailored so that your Wedding Reception is all you could hope for.

Forty Hall has been catering for weddings for over 20 years and we have a wealth of experience to offer. We therefore understand the importance of careful logistical and operational planning, every bit as important in ensuring the success of your day.

Once you have confirmed your event with us we will invite you to attend a final details meeting (approximately six months before your special day) where we will plan and advise you on all details of the day. You will also have the opportunity to attend a tasting to taste a selection of your potential wedding menu, to meet the team and a showcase of the venues facilities and linen options.


The Charges for the wedding day will include:


Hall Hire (& ceremony if at venue)
Menus – to include reception canapés (if chosen), wedding breakfast and
evening buffet and your drinks for the day

The prices do not include your wedding stationery including table plans, place cards and menus, hall decorations, photographers, entertainment, your wedding cake, and meals for entertainers, toastmasters and photographers
(Although we may put you in touch with our recommended suppliers)

Once you confirm your booking we will work on the number provided as the estimated number. We will contact you ten working days before the event to request final numbers. This will be the number that will form the basis of the final account. On Monday to Thursday there is a minimum guaranteed number of 55 guests and on Friday and Sunday 80, and Saturday there is a minimum guaranteed number of 100 guests for a sit down meal.

Additional Hours after 23:30 are charged at £200 per hour or part thereof

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Prices include VAT.

A deposit of 50% of the room hire will be required with confirmation of booking. Full payment of hall hire plus 50% of the catering should be made two months before the event date. The remaining 50% catering should be paid 10 days before the event together with final numbers.
