Forty Hall calls on over 20 years of experience. We therefore understand the importance of careful logistical and operational planning, every bit as important in ensuring the success of your day.

Option 3: Cash Bar
You may wish to use the existing bar and operate on a cash basis either throughout the entire day or just for after dinner drinks. This bar could also be used on an account basis if you would like to put a certain amount of money behind the bar to treat your guests.
Option 4: Providing your own Drinks
Drinks may also be provided by yourselves. Please note, there would be a drinks service charge for receiving in, chilling, glassware and serving of £7.50 per guest for reception and dinner.
Additional Ideas
Instead of our set dessert menus we could offer a dessert buffet with a selection of desserts or fruit displays for adults and children. This could include an ice cream buffet for children to create their own dessert of different flavour ice creams and toppings.
Below are some ideas that could add the extra ‘wow’ factor to your special day.
As an alternative to dessert or an addition to the day/evening why not offer your guests a Chocolate Fountain - the Chocolate Fountain comes with a selection of freshly prepared cut fruits and marshmallows to dip in smooth milk chocolate.
Prices start at £450.00
Other ideas include a Candy Floss machine, a Popcorn machine or a Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream stand
(All of these items start at £400.00 however individual quotes would be given for each particular party)

Entertainment
On your day entertainment could range from a DJ or band to a children’s entertainer, bouncy castle or surf machine!! Ideas are endless but we would like to work with you to make your day unique so please talk to us about any ideas you have. At Forty Hall we work closely with our suppliers and would happily recommend some of them to you.
Linen
Our standard is to provide white linen circular tablecloths, which drop to the floor and white linen napkins (these are included within our menu prices). However we can provide round floor length tablecloths in many colours and materials ranging from satin to velvet. Also to compliment your colour scheme we can provide coloured napkins knotted with tassels or bows and coloured chair covers with tassels or bows.

Decorations
Personalise the venue to your occasion by adding colourful balloons, beautiful flowers, or sparkling night lights.
How to Book
- Call us to check our availability and hold a provisional booking for up to 2 weeks
- A deposit of 50% of the room hire will be required to confirm a booking
- Full payment of hall hire plus 50% of the catering should be made two months before the event date
- The remaining 50% catering should be paid 10 days before the event together with final numbers
- Please note all prices include VAT
